Celebrate Veterans Day at The Museum of Flight!
Join us as we honor service members and their families for their sacrifices and service to this country.
La célébration comprend des représentations de la présentation historique "27 Flags" et la projection d'un récit sur l'histoire de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et la réconciliation, " The Metal Detector" (Le détecteur de métal).
The Museum of Flight lobby will also host numerous Veteran Resource groups who will be tabling throughout the event.
Museum admission is FREE all day for everyone in honor and celebration of all military veterans!
EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Veteran Resource tabling in the Museum lobby
- 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. - “27 Flags” presentation in T.A. Wilson Great Gallery
- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - The Metal Detector film and Q&A with the director, Brendan Hughes, in the William M. Allen Theater
- 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. - Musical performance by Northwest Swing
- 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. - “27 Flags” presentation in T.A. Wilson Great Gallery
